From the first word, I knew it was likely I would enjoy this CD – because my body and mind immediately responded to Chiara’s voice, and I started to become relaxed. What I also liked is the words that Chiara used – they were her own, not too clichéd or stylised as I personally feel many meditation CDs are these days. The CD includes 5 meditations which, whilst all focussing on the breath, are quite different from each other. They include Power Breath, Rhythmic Ocean, Chakra Colour, Water Sanctuary, and Heart of Love. Chiara is a Reiki/Seichim Master and author of the book ‘Awakening the Awareness Within’.
