This is a personal favourite as I just love listening to the sound of the ocean, and on this CD there is approximately 1 hour of soft breaking waves with a repetitive musical theme. Whilst it would appear perfect for the massage room and meditation, Delta Sea was created to aid people with sleeping difficulties as it incorporates Delta .5-4 hz waves which promote restful sleeping patterns. Delta waves are also helpful for lucid dreaming and will boost immune function. Delta Sea is therefore ideal for anyone suffering from sleep disorders or interrupted sleep routines
