This CD has been put together by Shane with a lot of thought, help from others, and a lot of love – and it shows. A different CD musically, Shane says his motivation for developing the CD was his belief and trust in the healing power of music. “If you are listening to a piece of music that is creating feelings of joy, peacefulness or happiness then your body naturally and instinctively starts to heal itself” he says. Shane has therefore designed music that relaxes and stimulates the body and mind to assist the healing process. Use at home for healing during meditation, yoga or Reiki or in your practice during client treatments.
