This CD is absolutely beautiful. The tunes are all played on the original music box made in the early 1800s in Switzerland, and have a delightful, delicate sound to them. Shi Lan says the CD is often purchased by parents because their children love going to sleep with it playing. The tunes on this CD are a collection of classical pieces including Chopin’s Nocturne, Beethoven’s Fur Elise and Moonlight Sonata, and the Spring Song by Mendelsohn. There are a total of 12 well-known classics you will be familiar with and are sure to enjoy.
