Green Paw Paw Salad

Thai Green Paw Paw Salad

Salad
1 medium size Green Paw Paw
1 cup of Bean Shoots
1 inch of ginger - minced
1 bead Garlic - grated
1 small red chilli - finely chopped
1 cup of peanuts - finely chopped
1 small bunch coriander - chopped
Pinch salt
1 tbsp Dulse Flakes or a Nori Sheet - crumbled

Peel the Paw Paw and remove pips. Grate, then add remaining ingredients and combine in a bowl or parfait glass.

Dressing
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 lemon - squeezed
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp hot water

Combine ingredients in a shaker then pour over the salad just before serving.
