The Sculptor is a first book for author Wayne Sorrell and I personally hope to
see many more. Wayne is able to put words together in such a way
that you feel you are actually there, in conversation or listening
to the other person speak. This quality is what I actively seek in
books as it fulfils my imaginative need and in this case, is also
very emotive and uplifting. The Sculptor is simply a story
about a man who, on introduction, is at a very low point in his life
and doesn’t know how to change it. Through a series of incidences,
he begins to glimpse another way of living and starving to lead a
life that is worthwhile, starts to reinvent himself. A beautiful,
heartfelt story. Stimulating and thought-provoking.
