What I have found in reviewing meditation CDs particularly, is that
it is a very personal choice. What resonates with me may not work at
all for you. But the things that I find really affect my ability to
mediate when getting assistance from a CD are the pitch of the
voice, the speed of delivery, the words used, the space between
sentences, and the background music. For me, The Journey Home by Annmaree fulfilled all these requirements, and ultimately I think
that this is because of the heart space from which it was created –
the journey home for Annmaree, that you are privileged to tap into.
